WESTBROOK
East Whiteland Pennsylvania
Speculative Office
Westbrook’s architectural form grew out of
a footprint geometry, predetermined as a condition of the Owner’s
purchase of the property. The buildings three story, vertical
proportion was further challenged by zoning restrictions originally
suitable for two story buildings. The resulting very large
footprint (64,000 SF) is supported by two three-story atriums, each
topped with vaulted, translucent, insulating panels. The building
precast is four colors with aluminum and granite accents.
